Spring Leadership Conference & Convention Planning Retreat

Who? OFA Board Members, Convention Committee Members, and Fair Managers/Board Directors

When? Monday, May 15th 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

8:00-8:30 - Networking Breakfast

8:30-9:30 - Welcome, Introductions, and All-Member Convention Input Session (All OFA Members are welcome to attend the input session virtually to provide comments and feedback on the convention)

9:30-12:30 - Convention Planning Retreat

12:30-1:30 - Lunch

1:30-4:30 - Legislative Appointments at State Capitol

4:30-6:30 - Reception with the Legislature's Craft Brewers Caucus, Food from La Familia, and Entertainment from Jimi Hardin Motown Soul at Oregon Beverage Services (2713 19th St SE, Salem)

There will also be an in person option for our OFA Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, May 16th. Please register for that event separately.

Where? Association Center (737 13th St SE, Salem) with Virtual Option

Why? To network, develop a long-term plan for OFA Conventions, and to advocate for fairgrounds at the capitol.
