Registration

  • Fair Board Directors, Fair Managers, Fair Staff, Service Members, Associate Members
  • This registration provides access to meals and receptions for guests/spouses of members only. If you are a fair board member, fair board director, fair staff, or service member, please register under OFA MEMBER for full convention access.
  • Register under this category if you are only attending Dirt Clinic and Closing Lunch on Saturday and not attending the full convention. This registration includes Saturday lunch but does not include any other meals or access to other sessions.

"Saddle Up for Success!' at the 2024 OFA Convention, hosted at the Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond, OR.  Listening to feedback from our attendees, we have adjusted the date and times of the conference to Thursday, October 17 to Saturday, October 19th.  We will be starting and ending in the early afternoon, allowing more travel time, less lodging nights, and more weekend to enjoy with your family.

This year, we are thrilled to be working in partnership with the PRCA Columbia River Circuit Finals Rodeo to host an action packed kick-off night Thursday, with the top cowboys and cowgirls from the NW competing.  OFA members will be treated with dinner, drinks, live music, and reserved seating.

NEW THIS YEAR FOR BUYERS AND SERVICE MEMBERS:

  • Pitch or Perform: This one-hour session is open to ALL service members! You’ll have 5 minutes on a small stage with a PA system to WOW buyers. Whether it’s a pitch for your services, a song, a magic trick, or a juggling act, the stage is yours! It’s fast-paced, so acoustic only for music, please! Spots are limited—sign up now to secure your place HERE. There are 8 slots available, with a waitlist if needed. If you're not present on Friday, October 18th, we’ll give your spot to the next in line.
  • Speed Dating: This session is all about one-on-one time with the right buyers for your services. Each round lasts about 4 minutes, giving you the chance to connect with up to 15 different buyers.

REGISTRATION 

  • FULL REGISTRATION for Fair Board Directors, Fair Managers, Fair Staff, Service Members, Associate Members. Includes: Full Convention Registration, access to trade show, all receptions/networking events, Thursday dinner & drinks, Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch. Service Members wishing to have a trade show booth should register each attendee under this category AND also purchase a trade show booth below. Each registrant must be registered individually (add additional people to your membership through your main profile "bundle coordinator"). 

    Early Bird Registration: $330 per person
    Late Registration Beginning September 15: $380 per person
  • MEALS ONLY for Guests/Spouses of Member. Includes receptions Thursday dinner & drinks, Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch. This category is for guests of members only. If you are a fair board director, fair manager, fair staff, or service member attending the convention, please select the full registration option above.

    Early Bird Registration: $180 per person
    Late Registration Beginning September 15: $230 per person.
  • COUNTY COMMISSIONERS/LEGISLATORS/LEGISLATIVE STAFF: Complimentary Registration and Meals.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS 

TRADE SHOW (50% sold out)

Service Members may have a trade show to solicit business from fairs during the annual convention. Full registration is required for each individual attending. In addition to full registration, please submit one trade show booth payment for $130 through the OFA Store (see pricing example below). You must be an active OFA member and logged in to receive the $130 pricing. If you are not a member, please join as a service member and then purchase the booth. Each booth area will be approximately 10'. If you would like to purchase extra space, you may purchase additional booths during your order. 

Pricing Example: Service Member with a trade show booth and two representatives attending.

$130 for Trade Show Booth

10 Video Showcases are Available. $50 for members. Must be a member or represented by an agency that is a member.
