    REGISTRATION

    • FULL REGISTRATION for Fair Board Directors, Fair Managers, Fair Staff, Service Members, Associate Members: $325 per person. Includes: Full Convention Registration, access to trade show, all receptions/networking events, Friday Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Service Members wishing to have a trade show booth should register each attendee under this category AND also purchase a trade show booth below. Each registrant must be registered individually (add additional people to your membership through your main profile "bundle coordinator")
    • MEALS ONLY for Guests/Spouses of Member: $175 per person. Includes receptions, Friday Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. This category is for guests of members only. If you are a fair board director, fair manager, fair staff, or service member attending the convention, please select the full registration option above.
    • COUNTY COMMISSIONERS/LEGISLATORS/LEGISLATIVE STAFF: Complimentary Registration and Meals.
    • SEPARATE PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS:

    • CONSUMER PROTECTION PROGRAM ONLY - $175 per person.  First person from 20 fairs get a FREE registration.
    • SUPERINTENDENT SUPER SCHOOL - $50 per person
    • MAINTENANCE MANIA - $50 per person

    TRADE SHOW 

    Service Members may have a trade show to solicit business from fairs during the annual convention. Trade Show Hours are Friday 10/6 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Full registration is required for each individual attending. In addition to full registration, please submit one trade show booth payment for $125 through the OFA Store (see pricing example below). You must be an active OFA member and logged in to receive the $125 pricing. If you are not a member, please join as a service member and then purchase the booth. Each booth area will be approximately 10'. If you would like to purchase extra space, you may purchase additional booths during your order. 

    Pricing Example: Service Member with a trade show booth and two representatives attending.

    $325 for 1st Representative
    $325 for 2nd Representative
    $125 for Trade Show Booth
    TOTAL = $775

    SHOWCASES - Deadline September 1, 2023

    Entertainers may submit an application for one of the limited live or video showcases during convention. The entertainer must either be an active OFA member or represented by an active OFA member. Those who showcased during the February 2023 convention are not eligible to participate for the October 2023 convention. Showcases will be selected and announced by September 10, 2023. Once selected, there will be an additional $100 showcase fee. Those showcasing or agency representatives must also have a trade show booth. If attending the other convention sessions or meals, full registration is also required.

    Application Fee = $25
    Showcase Fee (for selected acts) = $100
    Trade Show Booth = $125
    Registration/Meals for each convention attendee = $325
